Our Location
Our home office is located in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. We have been in the construction  business for over  34 years, and in 1996  became one  of the first geothermal installers in the South Central Pennsylvania area.  We have four full-time trained and certified installers and technicians servicing our work. We strive to serve and educate the community on how geothermal heating and cooling works and how it can save you money. Our Services
Our main service area is in York and Adams Counties.  We install and service all parts of geothermal heating and cooling systems.  We perform duct design and layout of the most complex systems.  We not only install geothermal in new homes, but can install in most existing homes as well.  We also install air source heat pumps and radiant heat.  We have our own equipment for excavating, grouting, fusion, and purging of geothermal systems.  We participate with the Adams Electric Coop Connections program by offering discounts on the installation of a geothermal system.
